Terms of Service

Welcome to Covesay (the "App"). By registering for or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this Agreement.

1. Account

1. You must register with a valid email address and are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, contacts and chat history will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

2. Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the App to create, publish or distribute content that:

1. violates applicable laws or regulations;
2. harasses, abuses, threatens or defames others;
3. is pornographic, violent, terrifying or otherwise objectionable;
4. constitutes spam, scams or unauthorized advertising;
5. infringes intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

3. Content Moderation

1. The App provides reporting and blocking mechanisms for user-generated content.
2. You may report or block a user from their profile page. Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours; measures include content removal and restriction or termination of offending accounts.
3. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with repeated or severe violations without prior notice.

4. Changes to the Service

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Material changes will be notified in a reasonable manner.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
